It’s been silence in here. Haha…My dear Lee Ping must be frustrated coz it took such a long time for me to update my sweetheart bubbly blog here.
Ever since my dad asked me to manage the tuition center and at the same time back-up for the kindergarten management, I had no time for myself. Luckily I have such a GREAT Hubby in the WORLD!! Who always there for me. It is NOT EASY to set up a tuition center!!! A lot of details have to be thinking of.
How big are the classrooms? How many students in one classroom? How big the whiteboard would be? How about the marker pen? Should we provide it? How about teacher/tutor? Where to find a quality teacher / tutor? How many staff do we need? How about the subject’s timetable? Which class for which student? How about the facilities? Photocopy machine? Syllabus? How about marketing? How about my office? Office equipment needed? Record management system? Data entry system? Telephone line? Internet line? Electricity? Water? Do we need a pantry? Counseling Room? Seminar Room? Shoes’ rack? How about painting? Then, cleaning process? Do we need to hire a cleaner every weekend? Terms and conditions. Believe me, the lists are extremely too long!!!!!
But!!! That’s only for the first to second month of operation. When you’re in the third month of operation, you can have a little rest and can start to blogging. Hahhahah!!!
